Open your innate creative potential. Access new levels of intuitive guidance and self-awareness via chakra meditation, color homeopathy, mandala making and guided labyrinth making and walking. This will be a 9-month exploration as we playfully journey through each of the 8 major energy centers of the body (including the lesser known thymus chakra). We will utilize our direct experience of color, vibration, taste and sound along with associative mental and emotional states. Through self-inquiry we will be able to embrace rather than reject our patterns and subsequently “move beyond the impulse ” to be controlled by them. * One session may include color homeopathy with Annie Susnow, RN, homeopath and healing touch practitioner. We will also experience labyrinth making and walking.

Mandalas and labyrinths are vehicles for journeying to the limitless center of one’s being. “[This] center is everywhere and circumference, nowhere” – Empedocles. Bridging individual and collective consciousness, they invite participants to rest in the core of their own hearts and, simultaneously, in the Heart of the world.

Where: Most groups will meet at Art and Soul studio in Forest Knolls (near Spirit Rock Meditation Center). We may hold at least one group at another labyrinth location.

Cost: $444 (can be paid in installments). $15 materials fee for first time students (Unless you have your own Prismacolor set) $150 deposit to reserve your space.
